Gabrielle Conway attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she studied Mechanical Engineering and Marketing. She grew up in a medical household the daughter of a doctor and a labor and delivery nurse. While not choosing to pursue an MD all things medical remain a fascination.

She is experienced in management as founder and CEO of Ever Strive, a technology consulting company. Simplifying the complex is a personal specialty along with coming up with creative and flexible solutions to new situations.

Gabrielle is experienced with the IVF process and has extensive knowledge and understanding of surrogacy. She has also worked with surrogates and egg donors throughout the United States. She understands surrogacy and egg donation from an intended parent point of view.

Gabrielle is the mother of an extraordinary miracle daughter conceived at 42 years 9 months through IVF and born at 28 weeks 6 days weighing 2 lbs. 3 oz due to pre-eclampsia. She is conversant with NICU procedures and issues and follow on care in the pulmonary, ENT and Gastroenterology specialties and with special pediatric needs and infant development follow-up. Her daughter is a happy, healthy, normal, precocious joy today and Gabrielle is currently pursuing a sibling through the surrogacy process. Along with her husband and daughter, she lives in the heart of Silicon Valley, Palo Alto, California.

Nikole Burt has a degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Psychology. Nikole is grace under pressure. She is compassionate and caring. Nikole happily and calmly helps parents through all parts of life's most stressful and rewarding of processes that of pursuing a family. Nikole is herself a miracle child. She was born premature at a time when there was little in the way of treatment. She understands the IVF and surrogacy process and is conversant with the California medical system.

Before joining SurroGenesis USA of the Peninsula she worked as a Systems Engineer guiding people through their computer ups and downs. She loves working with her hands and has created fountains, rock sculpture and etched glass pieces to name a few. She loves hiking and rock walls when hiking is not an option.
